you guys all missed open enrollment! you had to email the admins over there with your username and they would approve your account. most admins there and inactive, so without an active admin, users can't be added.

my accnt was approved hrs after i sent the email, i have yet to post a single thing

I don't claim to be the most responsive person in the world, but to hear about people being unable to post for weeks, months, etc just makes me chuckle. That is not how you treat users who visit your site every single day, no way no how.

You have made one of the best traffic BMW forum/any that I have been on.

Same for me... well said. No knock on you James, but I had the exact opposite happen to me. I had membership on e30tech and tried to get in here, but my account was un-activated for 6 months here. I had another member here email you and once you were aware of it, you got me set up within a day. I think I just "fell through the cracks" here and you were never made aware to fix it. You took care of it immediately, which I appreciated. You need to be a little thicker skinned here, people tell it like it is on r3v. It's a little more laid back on e30tech, not as aggressive, I guess. I do enjoy both sites, though...

i've oy bin into e30's for 3 or so years and i cut my teeth over on e30tech. but chris does take for ever and a day to get things done. it's ashame, there is a wealth of knowledge over there but very unprofessionally run.

i left the thread open because james made a comment in it, but it is time to lock it as noone seems to understand that WE at r3v can't do anything on e30tech to activate your membership.
