Used to belong to John Berhns.

It is a 318is with a 2.5 M50, 5-lug suspension, and iX sides. I think the car was originally diamond-black but was painted Leguna Seca Blue.

I don't know much else about it.

I was bidding on this car but lost the bid, it was sold for $6100, I e-mailed the winner and he said he wanted $7500 for it. I offered $7000 but he refused.
I traded e-mails with the then owner while the car was on Ebay few month ago. It sounded like he knew what he was talking about and the car was really nice.
If it wasn't sold and it's the same owner who built this car (I can't remember now), then I am really surprised 'cause it was sold on ebay last year ...

Funny, the engine bay looks Bronzit to me, perhaps its actually several cars?

Either way, between the paint job, and the fact that GMW was involved in it, I wouldnt touch that car with a LONG ass stick.

I remember someone selling their E36 M3 and saying how E30s were more fun to drive. He then said he bought an e30 M50 which is a great compromise or something like that. He then linked it to this car.

It seems like he stripped the interior, added a rollcage, and then is selling it to work on another project. The wheels I think are different as well.

I like how it says No Reserve, but has a reserve. The GMW guy sold it to this guy.

Maybe it was bronzit. Maybe I'm thinking of a different car. Maybe it was a combination of E30's. :D

I believe that car has been passed around the Atlanta area a few times. I thinkt the first time the car was on ebay it sold for around $5,000 or less. I would stay away from it, but it may be fun to go check out.

well, it looks like he bought one of my splitters

if its John Berhns, that name sounds familiar for a splitter sale...
