Diffrences hard top versus vert

I am looking for a straight doner car for my vert. Need the front end (fenders and hood) was wondering what the differances was from the hard top to the vert. So basicly do I have to look for just a vert? Any help would be appriciated.

fenders are different, hood is the same. Bumpers and valances generall the same, except verts had the diving boards through late 1990 build dates. If you get into structural things like the frame rails, etc, then you get into some differences as well.
