Flat towing an e30? Who's done it?

I see plenty of cars getting hauled around with tow bars but never an e30.
Car in question is a manual cabrio.

Reason is, I'd hate to have that heavy ass car transport on my truck plus pay the $145 vs. $50 tow bar that I get to keep and use again and again. Hell I might keep it in the trunk just in case.

    Any suggestions?

I rented my auto transport from u-haul for only like 65 bucks man!

I think I saw a picture of a GMC panel van towing a e30 with a bar before. Can't really remember.

Fuuuuuu. too late. Just paid $122 for a tow dolly.

Matt: man they robbed me. It's $50 in town and $122 one way.

Don't tow your car for very long without removing your drive shaft. You can destroy your trans

They've never asked me if it was going to be "in town". I use that to my advantage :D

My roommate towed his car from Texas to SoCal flat with a tow bar. He had no issues except a dirty ass car!

You don't need to pull the driveshaft on a manual trans car.
