So he says it is running the factory turbo setup and that it should put down 450 wheel? That doesn't sound right

factory boost is at 6 psi and puts around 250 bhp stock... with the chip, wastegate, and larger exhaust these things comfortably put down 350-400... and I have heard more if know what you are doing :)
