Feeler 87 325 5 speed

I saw a 87 325 coupe today put a note on the windshield with my number to buy it.
the paint looks old theres some small dents and the interior has cracks in the leather. the odo is at 140,000 but who knows how many miles it really has. could have possible rust. im new never owned an E30 but i love em ive been looking everyday for a good deal. so if the car runs strong what would be a good price to buy?
and where is common rust and bad rust spots?

Check under both of the front factory jack points. (2x2 Squares in the front of the floorboard)

rear valence./Where the battery sits, same with the spare tire jack well.

The front wheel wells, where the strut tower meets the firewall.

Rear wheel wells were the subframe bolts up.
