Guys,
just wondering what the general consensus is on leaving feedback for buyers when you are the seller. I've sold a couple of things recently, and the buyers left me positive feedback comments. I was about to go back and leave all of these buyers positive feedback- but it got me thinking.
How helpful is it to see feedback left for someone who is the buyer?? I mean- they want something I have, they send me $$ and I send them the item- they would have to do something really shitty like somehow cancel the payment to NOT get positive feedback in most cases. On the other hand, the seller has many more responsibilities, and many more chances to earn negative comments. As a seller, I try to describe the item accurately, ship it promptly and well packaged, communicate with the buyer on a regular basis to make sure they know what's going on on my end.
Bret.
