After dropping $3500 for the engine swap, $1207 for the vanos, $900 for wheels/tires, $200 for the computer, and now $150+ for parts from Pasha, I've become motivated to get a job. Unfortunately, the minimum wage for Arizona is $5.15.

I was out partying as is standard at a Big Ten school.....all I did was make a point on how he would have been more capable or more likely to be able to look ahead, and make a calm, controlled and safe path around said tire if he has invested in the driver as well as the car. I guess it is controversial to say such. because....?? why??

I agree that driving school is a good thing- but we cant all always be on the track enhancing our reaction skills. Who knows what any one of us would have done in the situation? We dont- no body was there besides permit. I think he made a wise choice, but it had its consequences and he has every right to be angry about a tire in the middle of the freeway.

the point I was trying to make initially is the limiting factor most people have trouble with is $$ when trying to do a driving school. if jeremy wasn't set on making the car faster and faster and its straight line speed, and instead put a little investment in himself, he will be a better driver with enhanced car control.

perhaps there are no deer in Arizona or in California, but in examples like Ryan Stewart's the money put into a driving school saved his life or at least his car. He drove a slow eta, then did some schools, then tackled the suspension, some nice comestics and FINALLY, finally then added power. He is more capable of controlling his car, and can handle it because of driving school experience.

You definitely don't want to hit a deer, as opposed to where a tire just may damage the car. (Maybe there are other large animals which may be a danger, or a person, or another vehicle....maybe one will panic stop or spin out in front of you) But oh well, no one here in this thread is mature enough to handle a discussion, so it's likely this will just be locked or deleted.....excellent. and most places don't pay min. wage. they will pay what the labor is willing to work for. whether it be 7 or 8. having a min wage just above $5 however allows shit unskilled jobs be filled, whereas a higher min wage would complicate and frustrate the mechanics. price floors and ceilings are designed to help, but in the end damage natural economic balance.....which is bad. best just to let things go naturally. unless you are unaware of this.....then you'll probably complain about a low min. wage.....

What had been edited before included me stating that I have invested money in the driver as well as the car. I'm investing again in early January for Bondurant.

This was at night too, not sure if that was cleared up, had it been in the day, this thread wouldn't exist because it could have easily been manuvered around.
