          if she was in the wrong you should of just got the parts money from her and not filed a claim. do it your self. it's a crying shame when our cars get totaled by the ins co's cause they say their only worth a couple thousand.

            Cost $1300 to fix, got $2400 from insurance. They didn't even take a look at the value of the car, only estimated the damage from the shop and insurance wrote me a check.
