Keep in mind it say's the "auction fee" is $160, and the "transaction fee" is $200, so total at this time is $885.

nope, haven't had time to run down there and check it out, I was going to go over the weekend but was too busy and got sick, still sick actually. And I'm trying to see if a friend of mine wants to go 50/50 on it and restore it as much as we can.
