yeah, that sounds like your european 325is, kits wheels and other interior options are pretty standard on them.
Just a little project im working on

It also sounds like a standard 325is that had a racing dynamics body kit at one point.

That's the lumber support option seen on many high end luxury cars.

There was also the M540i up here, '95 E34 with the M60 V8 and full M5 underpinnings.

325iS M-technik was sold in the US, 1994 year E36 with M3 suspension and bodywork.

Many people presume that it is ///M Sport, but I've been told by a few people more knowledgable in E30 Lore than I that it stands for ///M Technik...
You must understand our derision of non-///M cars with the badge on it. This excludes you guys that actually GOT M-tech cars from factory as opposed to what we see which is a chrome bumpered 318i M10 running around with an ///Mbadge on its arse. You guys are exempt cuz you got these awesome cars.

Ok, so what would one have to do to a normal 325is to justify adding the ///M badge?

Youre going to get anything from "Have a lot of ///M shit on your car" to "nothing justifies it even an engine swap since it didnt come like that from the factory." Just make your own decision cuz these kinds of questions bring out lots of ignorance and closemindedness that dont really help anything. Its all a matter of personal opinion. Of course lots of people will look at you like a knob if you dont agree with their specific magical guidelines of how to mod your car, but fuck em, its your car. :)

You could not care and do it anyway. That's what I did. It looks sporty and whatnot.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

ye ai agree it looks really nice, and looks nice for the person behind you reading ///m 325is. Sounds pretty snazzy in my opinion. And for the most part, most people on this board dont exactly race their cars so i cant see them putting the money into deserving( or whatever) this little badge.

Well I've modded the suspension and I think a turbo is in my near future... I just want something other that the stock "325is" on the rear deck. My friend has nothing at all which looks pretty sweet but I'd like to keep something. I don't think I'm morally capable of using an "///M3" badge but I think I could bend my morals enough for "///M325is"... Opinions?

The only problem I see there is that your car just isn't an ///M325iS, those were a special model car, with specific options that defined it as such. Maybe go with one of these?
