    '89 325i w/ 56k original miles.

I was looking to buy a '89 325i coupe with what the owner says are 65k original miles. The car looks ok, but not like 65k miles. It looks more beat up than that. Could anyone w/ a carfax account help me with a report? I'd really appreciate it.

You managed to get the report? Why can't I? Lol I must be an idiot. It is an auto. Have all the parts for a swap from my other 325. Won't be an issue.

Id rather have a 200k mile car that was well cared for then a 65k mile car that was neglected. If you buy it base the price on the condition of the car not the miles.

Well, here's the low down. I own a pristine 325ic well cared for w/ 75k. Bought from original owner at 71k 2 years ago. I also have a beater 321is w/ 260k on it. I thought it might be a good idea to check if this car was worth buying, and the only way to do that is to do a check first. Might open a carfax account I guess.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I wanted a low mileage car w/ a good engine to swap all my goodies from my beater into. My current engine is great but i just wanted to have a spare, and a low mileage one is even better.
