go to www.parcels2go.com. fill in the blanks, get a quote. send seller an ebay message asking for permission to bid. send him the link to the above web site including the info you used to obtain the quote. if he doesn't respond or doesn't offer permission, don't bid.

ok well i sent him about 5 emails not 2 different quotes and my number and everything. so im pretty sure hell get back to me. im going to bid, my gf doesnt use her acct so 1 bad feedback wont kill her.... honestly i just think its a killer deal... i have my rs i just got and these would be icing on the cake.

don't bid unless you get his permission. that would be stupid.

if people start bidding on foreign auctions and pissing off the sellers, they are going to complain about it to ebay. then they will put some sort of programming code in place so that no one will be able to bid on an auction unless it specifically states that the seller will allow foreign bidders. i am happy to give you advice and help you out as i did above, but don't be a retarded butthole and fuck this shit up for everyone.

sellers have reasons for not wanting to ship to foreign buyers. even if they are unreasonable reasons, it is their auction and it is their right to do as they please with it. this is something you need to respect whether you like it or not.
