for obd 1 cars it is very easy to pass smog in ca.

you just have to ask around you area. I have a smog shop in my area that never fails a test.

How they dont get in trouble I dont know and I obviously dont ask.

I have seen people use fake oregon addresses also for engine swaps. Im near the or border though.
