    I got this w the car PO didnt say anything about it, it looks oem and appears to be a back seat cover?
    pics:



    looks like the straps fit under the front seats headrests but where do the straps w hooks attach?

                    Yes. You know how your OEM window is very soft and scratch prone? When you fold down your top it can cause scratches to that very soft plastic window. you put that on there before you fold 'er up.

                            Not rare rather uncommon. Most folks switch to an aftermarket window so they are more durable.
