Whats it worth??

Wondering what you guys think this car is worth, as a whole, not individual parts.

Specs:
1986 325e coupe
5 speed
bbs ra's
'is' front lip
phebea? front lip
bbs side skirts
car is stripped for paint (completely gutted, no glass, one door off, rusty floor)
motor might run but that is unknown
2 sets of sports seats, both tan, one cloth (bad shape), one leather (ok okay/decent shape)

So what do you think its worth? Or what would you feel comfortable paying for it?

It's worth scrap. It's got rust inside, no interior, a missing door, and no windows, super early model, and an eta..? Your seriously considering buying this when there are other perfectly good rust free fully assembled e30s on the market..? Unless it's an m3; pass

I'd pay $300 for it and then strip it for the swag. Not much else good it can offer you I'm afraid..

I am considering buying it, it has all the parts but is just currently disassembled. Im interested in it as a track car and I have a m20b25 to put in it. And here in the midwest, there really aren't very many e30's to choose from..
