    Need help from early 318i owners!

    Calling all early 318i owners. I need to confirm the possibility that some early 318s had a single sided gas tank that only sat on the passengerside. If any 318i owners would be willing to let me know if their car has a single sided tank or if you could quickly go out and check your car to see if it does have a single sided tank.

      I've owned 4 early 318s (still have two) and they've all had regular tanks. Never heard of anything different.
      '84 318i - Lapisblau/Schwarz (in cryosleep)
      '06 330i - Titansilber/Schwarz

          Mine has a normal, but smaller tank. Our cars should have 14 gallon tanks.
