e39 m5's huh? The only m5 i have ever driven was an e34 3.6l, and it fealt a little soft as well.

yea my boss at BPG has a modded one. insane fucking car. wayyy faster than modded e46 m3's not even a comparison. his lightly modified m5 (AA intake, supersprint race midpipe and race mufflers, powerchip software, ssk, 3.64 lsd etc...) totally enialated a highly modified e46m3. while drinking an iced coffee.Dan

On the cam sensor note Dan, have you ever replaced one? BMW pays 4 FRU to replace them under warranty, about the quickest anyone has ever done one that Ive seen is about 7. Fun stuff.
