I have 1988 325is and its running rich. I think sensor is sending signal car is cold even when its warmed up.
I know there is one brown connector and blue connector which is coolent temp switch and temp Gage switch. Is there any other switch?

No. The Motronic 1.3 (and 1.1) DME only uses data from the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor for temperature related fuel adjustments.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
