That hose is coming from the valve cover breather and should route under the intake mani and out the other side of the TB. I am pretty sure it connects to the side of the TB where the coolant lines attach. I would order a hose from one of the vendors here as it has some bends in it to allow it to fit neatly, it's tough to make a straight length of hose work there. While your at it inspect the intake boot thoroughly, and consider just replacing it if its questionable, it's a common source of vacuum leaks and drive ability issues.
