    Ah jon...

I was shocked when I heard the news... I say mr325 post on your fb page about cruising in heaven... I went to your page and saw hundreds of RIP comments..

You welcomed us with open arms when we came to california on our road trip. You laughed at parker and I doing the rossi challenge. You were always there with a smile. Ill never forget one day I was at crivvys and you were in town and just poppeed by with some bubble tea. It was a tiny gesture but you just always wanted to share a good time. Drifting on pch around down riding shotgun while you kept cool calm and collected with your driving gloves was truly awesome.

Rip Jon. The world lost one of the good ones. I pray you went peacefully.

Never easy to read or learn about one of the OG's passing.

never met him, hell never met any of you.

but from what i can see he was a stand up guy, that left a stand up impression on all of you.

i'm sincerely sorry for all affected, and with you strength.

      cheers,
      Ryan

Wow. All the best to his family as they go through this tough time, made even more difficult by not currently knowing the exact cause of death (last I heard). For those that have asked, he just did not wake up. Taken to the hospital but he had already passed on. Not a car wreck, not some other sort of avoidable accident, just currently looks to have died in his sleep at too young of an age.

He was a great person and I feel lucky to have known known him. There is no doubt in my mind that all of us in the car community were better people for having known him. I don't think "He will be missed" conveys the message well enough, but I'm not sure what other words can.
SOMEBODY messed with my sig so now you get this one:

Very sad to hear. When I first started browsing this site his car was the one that stood out to me the most. I started researching his old threads about suspension, and actually signed up to buy the same kit he had from a member.

Did you see the video (page 1, post #7) where he ate some sort of hot sauce and washed it down with wasabi! And tears in his eyes! Never meet the guy, but he seemed to have a funny sense of humor. I hope memories of him live on...
