    It can be fixed with a new roof. Cheapest is a donor car, but the dealer can still get the whole roof from germany. One of the CCA members here put a new roof from BMW on their e30. If your not experienced in serious bodywork you'll have to pay someone to do it, which will be expensive. If I had to make an uneducated guess just having the new roof put in will run you 2k in labor plus materials.
