Call your local scrap yard and ask how much they are paying per pound for clean aluminum. There is dirty and clean, dirty means there is other types of metal in it. Like a head for a engine with the studs and valves etc is dirty.

Then weight your bumpers with the shocks, lights, moldings/bolts and nuts removed.

I want to scrap my rear bumper and bent valance. Want to know how much id get.

I will begin by taking the ones off my parts cars and welding them in a triangular formation. Donations will be accepted in the form of other used diving board bumpers.

I'll probably just erect this thing in the field behind the house, but I'm down to fucking do it.
