Cruise Control

Does anyone know how to get it to work?
Do you push the lever in or out?
Do you stay on the gas while activating it?
I tried playing with it today but I couldn't figure it out. Can anyone help?

I push up to resume, then forward; then back off the throttle and the computer takes over.
You have to be traveling fast than 25MPH as well

If It doesn't do anything, you've got problems.
If its a swap car, there should be a tutorial on how to do a 5-speed swap while keeping Cruise Control
