And the price is more in line than most swapped cars are going for on this site IMHO. It's not like these cars are falling out of trees. This is an ACTUAL vintage touring car that has not been federalized. It's rare. Really rare. The asking price may be out of line to you guys, but understand, there are vintage bmw collectors out there that actually spend money on rare cars. they don't do group buys on knock off rims, buy used control arms, bitch about the price of gas and insurance.... They buy rare cars for a premium when sorted out to add to their quiver of rare cars. Would I buy this? Probably not, I would buy something else. But that doesn't discount the fact that there is a collecter's market foe a Euro M6 in almost mint condition.

In Australia and (from what I've seen) in the UK, that is the asking price for a mint, original M6.

Agreed with every word here. Collectors will pay for that car, just to have it in their climate controlled garage. Me personally, if I had the disposable income we'd negotiate a price and it would be in my garage.

Me too. I would have to build a garage and sell a car or two.
