New Car :) and need some info please M3 Content

    Hello all,

I recently purchased an E36 M3 (Euro 3.2), I'm usually into the older Bmw's (E21/E28/E30) this is my first E36 and so far it's going pretty good.

The car is bone stock, standard suspension, brakes and so on. I was quite surprised with its handling! it isn't too bad for a standard setup. I'm looking into upgrading the suspension but i'm having trouble finding opinions on shocks and spring combos, i don't want to go coilovers because it's a daily driver.

I'm looking for something that's tight, lower but not ridiculously lower than stock. Can anyone here lead me in the right direction? Pics would be great!

lol i knew that'd capture everyone's attention, i thought i'd give this forum a go since i hate joining new forums.

It handles pretty well, I want to rebuild the suspension (what i do with every car i buy, even though they're still good). If i go stock shocks it's not really worth it when i can go Bilstein Sport/Sprint for half the price.

Hr's were too short for me on my 328is. I really liked my full Koni sport kit. Springs and shocks. It had a great ride height, was a more comfortable rise than a blown stock set up, and had about 1/3 the body roll.

Either HR Sport or Eibach pros with B6 Bilsteins.

The car almost certainly needs new shocks by now. And new bushings all around, a complete (and I mean everything) cooling system replacement and new O2 sensors. Before contemplating springs, bring the maintenance up to date.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

                  Need new shocks?

Solution: swap the euro s50 into an e30. Voila, problem solved.
