    Need help finding!

Alright I am have a situation and need help finding an E30. I have been searching for about a year and every day I am on craigslist searching every town in Colorado and every way I can search E30. SO I have been on cars.com and other place of the sort every once in a while. Where else is there to search?
    Here's my guidelines:
    4k
    must be 5 speed
Holds up through high school (how ever likely that is)
I'd rather prefer a coupe and plastic bumpers.

I start school in a week and need a car, so please if you can help me that would be fantastic!!!!

I would try talking to this guy: http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/cto/3139744862.html

I would bet you could get it for less than 4k if it's still for sale, that way you can cover travel expenses. Also, if worse comes to worse, you can leave for Albuquerque at like 3 in the morning like I'm going to in a few days. Get there by breakfast time, check out the car and haul ass back. It would be a hell of a day but you wouldn't have to get a hotel.

If you're really desperate, I guess.

I've been trying to tell my dad and I am going to have to use ultimate persuasion.

I wouldn't use the terms "ultimate persuasion" and "my dad" in the same sentence around here. People may think you're giving him handies in the back of his astrovan.

              Just to let you know.

Also. Swap this much more appropriately and fair priced car.

I'd have to agree. You could use the money you save to fix this one up into a really nice car. The paint looks wonderful in the pictures.

How hard is a 5 speed swap? could I do it for my first car? How expensive would it be?

Getting enough money so I don't put him in anymore debt just to go get my first car.
