well it finally happend

My eta motor finally shit the bed after 4 months of completely beating on it, im not sure what happend to it exacly besides it ramdomly started making this nasty grinding noise then stalled.The best part is it happend while I was at work delivering for diangelos!

I plan to find a cheap "i" motor and swap that in because it seems pretty simple, im not to experienced with working on cars and mostly because its cheap!

I will post a video of the sound it makes when it tries to start another time.

+1 for vid. A buddy of mine bought my old B20 as it was cheaper than fixing what he thought was a blown HG. I pulled the valve cover off the blown engine and found a headbolt missing and a broken rocker arm. Amazingly the thing still ran...

well i tried to upload the video but it wouldnt let me...

anyways its not to interesting it just backfires. But i found out it skipped timing because the belt was a little frayed from what i could see on the cam gear so im thinking i bent a few valves possibly broke some.

Im working on it now gettinng ready to pull it out this weekend i just have to do the motor mounts and tranny mounts then she should be ready.
