Me = 1987 325is 190k chassis 74k on fully rebuilt engine. Trunk is stripped and muffler is removed and replaced with 4 pound glasspacks, have short shifter, recaro carbon fiber racing seats, markD performance chip with 19lb injectors.

Opponent: 2000 Mustang V6 automatic 180k miles all around, cold air intake, tuned, dual flow master mufflers.

Rules: best 2 out of 3 on a 1/3 mile strip.

Stakes: $100

What do you think?? Please tell me is tus going to be a breeze or am I about to get raped.

Well they do a 0-60 in about 8.5 sec and a quarter in 16.

Considering my stock 318is can do 0-60 in 9 secs I think you would have it in the bag. Oh and a stock 318is dose a quarter in 16.2 sec

The V6 Mustangs with 5 speed are kind of peppy! But not to for sure about an automatic. I'd say he probably would beat you or if not. It will be dead even and will be considered the slowest race in the world lol.

this, I see this red convertible V6 and yes automatic driving around regularly, with a dude wearing big sunglasses white cap backwards and a neon colored shirt... at first I thought it was funny and just laughed.. but I'm considering putting my left-over TNT to use next time I see "it".
