Should have been titled "The 10 most beautiful cars for people with no imagination". Where's the Mistral? The 504 coupe? The Aurelia B20? Did the person writing the article only attend a Barrett Jackson auction?

I love my e30 and e24, but if you think for a second you or I would't trade for any one of those cars on that list then you are either a fool or are kidding yourself. There are other cars that deserve to be on that list but none on the list that don't deserve it. Stop being a homer.

early model e30's i have to admit are a bit lacking the the "rear end" district

E30s really aren't beauties from the outside, but they become beautiful once you start driving them, and fixing them.
I actually kind of hated e30s in the 80s and 90s because of the yuppy associations and their brick-like boxy shape.
