so i was just cruising down the road the other day with my friends on my way to get a new bike tire and i see this a**hole try to pass me and 7 cars. he decides that is not a good move and hits his brakes. no more than a minute later i get rear ended. im doing 45 not slowing down and he just runs into me. needless to say he wrecked my car. so i am dealing with state farm and wanted your guys opinion on what might happen and how much ill get and if they will total it or not to ease my mind. i say ease my mind because i already have the lock on a blown 318is for 700 dollars

It'll be totalled. Try to fight them to get market value for it, which could be around $2-4k. And buy that 318is and swap all your shit over.

whenever I see someone tailgating me/on a phone etc. I immediatly put my 4 ways on. Usually get a WTF reaction from the driver behind me, but getting their attention is exactly what I attempt to do and it's never failed me yet.

well i got a really really good deal on it. i paid 800. but i need the car back because it has so many good part. just a little list. e36 m seats, perfect black interior, leather bits, m tech 1 wheel. h and r race springs. new g260 and tons of other bits. but you think ill get a decent chunk for it?

At the very least you'll get what you paid or a bit more for it. Then they'll let you buy the car back for like $50-200. :D So worst case scenario, you won't take a loss at all.

yeah well any way its a loss cause i don't have a ton of money to get another. but ill be satisfied with a grand and keeping my car. so if you see any bits you want they will all be for sale. my only things is with this 318is put an m20 in it or buy another m42? i got even put my eta in it for free. by the way what pan sits lower m20 or m42?

yeah well my was even worse. it was a rusted up toyota trecel
