If you have your mirrors adjusted correctly and check them frequently enough, there's no reason to ever have to turn your head while moving forward.

I have the same thing, had one in every car since the mid 90's. Unfortunately, with solid engine and tranny mounts, it is a big shaky fishbowl on the freeway unless i grab a hold of it to look in it. Just fine on the street and i would not own a car without one.

Well... I meant turn your head around; i.e. look over your shoulder like some of the young'uns were intimating they did. I didn't mean face twelve o'clock, never twist your neck and rely on a spotter for what's beside you. Other than that point of clarification I stand by the comment.

I'd turn my head around to check my blindspots just cause it's safer. Fuck risking hitting a motorcyclist or walrus or something of the sort.

Broadway all the way. Always rock on in the e30s, and the e34s. Makes the touring seem like a Boeing 747 inside though, so I have the 360mm flat bright one in the e34. Convex 360mm tinted in the e30.

I have something like the broadway, bigger mirror over little shit mirror. don't even have one in the vert and it's awesome. nothing obstructing the view.
