MOPEDS. Does anyone here ride them?

I have a couple "Peds" a Tomos and a Puch. There is probably like 10 people around my town that have them and we bomb around town together whenever we have a chance, or one of them is not broke down (damn two strokes). I have a Gxsr that I ride when I want to go a lil faster than 45 but other wise my ped is my transportation to the local store or just BS around town. Anyway here's a couple pix of my peds, just wanted to see if anyone here likes/rides them also.
The blue and the green are mine I let my buddy ride the other one.

PS; try not to be to harsh on the comments this was just for my own entertainment.

I like these, the bare minimal frames are cooler then the covered ones imo. What do these basic types run you guys?

I picked up the QT50 for $80 dollars and got it running in 30 minutes.

I got the blue one with Tittle for 250 already running just modded some stuff. The green puch I got for 50 bux with a blown motor and had an e50 motor laying around so I threw that on.

That magnum is really nice. I'm looking to buy one sometime this month (or when the guy finnaly sells it to me) it's a UPS brown Magnum which I heard are rare.

What does a moped and a fat chick have in common????? Both are fun to ride untill your friends find out.

Mopeds are like fat chicks. Fun to ride, but you don't want your friends to see you.

                  edit:^Beat me to it.

Mopeds are the best. My friend had a zuma, you can't beat them. They carve up the road, perfect for summer weather and short commutes, and 125mpg.

BTW the friends are haters because they don't have a moped, or a fat chick. I'd be jealous too.

I've been rebuilding old Honda's for years now.

                              This was my first project,
1971 Honda CT70Hk0, built it from the frame up in 2008.

                              Before:

                              After:

This was right before I sold it. I stripped it down and primed it for the next owner to repaint.

                              Motor was a TB 88kit
Original manual 4 speed (4 down shift pattern)
                              HD clutch plate and springs
                              22mm carb
                              Gutted OEM replica exhaust
                              New rear shocks
                              New tires and rims
                              New seat
                              New rack

I loved that thing to death, cruised at 45 and about 55 wot- I had it geared perfect.

This is the only picture I have of my current project:

IMAG0200 by Shane Coutu, on Flickr
(Seat is in MINT shape so I tossed a shirt over it)

It's a 1971 C70. I went to a C70 because the CT70 only had a .6 gallon tank. The C70 is getting a 108 stroker motor, I'm finishing up the wiring and the plumbing, hoping to get a few rides in before the snow comes.

Oh and I still have this for acting recklessly on:

These are the ones that have come and gone:

                              1968 Sachs

                              1972 CT90

                              1992 PW50

                              2003 XR50 (Before)

                              (After)
