previous owner address

hey guys and gals, a buddy of mine sold his 1985 subaru brat gl a while back(10 years) and he was looking to buy it back.

He has the vin number and all that jazz. but he doesn't know where the owner lives.

I imagine it may be possible to get the address if you have inside connections to the dmv, but we dont. which is why were here. We know he registered the car in Warren county NJ. but thats about it.

I need a magician to work their magic plz. PLZZ :-D

Florida's DMV will give you all the info if you bring the VIN and pay a very small fee. Last time I did it, it cost me 25 cents.
