    Walker Quiet Flow mufflers?

I have been searching for a muffler that will improve performance, while retaining close to stock sound levels.

In my searching, I came up with a muffler produced by Walker, called the Quiet Flow. Apparently these mufflers have 35% less backpressure when compared with other replacement mufflers, yet they retain their quietness.

Has anyone ever used, heard, seen these mufflers?
I am looking for any input on this product.
    Thanks

I think they are affiliated, not sure if they are exactly the same.
They are supposed to be replacements for oem mufflers, not a performance exhaust.

Supersprints also retain a mostly stick sound but they are kinda pricey, but well worth it if you have the money.

See that's my problem, I am a broke student at the moment. A cost of a supersprint exhaust would be about equal to the worth of my car, lol.

I just want to cut off the flowmaster, and clamp on a different muffler.

I don't know any prices for the walker quiet flow.
Their website is www.walkerexhaust.com , but there really isnt much info there.
I was hoping you guys might know something about these.

How loud was/is your Flowmaster? What size piping?

What do you have, a 325i?

The flowmaster sounds good when you rev it up, its really loud and deep. The car kind of sounds like a v-8, but smoother. Under 3k rpms its has alot of interior resonance. Its also real loud under acceleration up to 3k rpms, then it gets quieter.
So if you are going above 80 mph on the highway, its pretty quiet, anything below is annoying.
I have 2 1/4" piping, with a high flow carsound cat, and stock manifolds.

Just tooling around town it irritates me, it's just so un-BMWlike. I want my quietness back.

                It's an 85 325e.
