Nope. mod and DD the e30. Leave the e90 as is as the sophisticated vehicle that it is.

And plus you can't do anything worthwhile to an e90 besides aesthetics which I think are fine as they are stock.

I have an e90 also, and the e30 is my DD as well. Believe me. Just sell the e90. I would but my e30 is not quite dependable enough to be the primary vehicle. LOL

I would BUT I'm liking having 2 cars. When I mod the other, I can relax and time is not an issue. I still have at least 1 car that I can use to go to work/errands...pick up parts, haha.

Big league stuff, sorry can't afford it, nor do I want to try. If I didn't have another money pit coming in (First born next month), it would have been a different story.

OP...very true - i honestly can say even though my car isn't here now it's in VA, that not a day goes by where i'm not thinking "i need to get axles/diff/keep stereo stock?/upgrade brakes/maybe another set of tails/should i buy that sunroof?/is next step DTM CF Airbox?/i need to get the battery tray rust fixed/should i get that 50/50 header?/i need to put the M cluster in"...just a few

a few of these some of you may know the money involved and can see the cash register adding up. but im glad i have an E30, i don't put a price on something i enjoy so much

Fun fact.

I have more rare and expensive shit in my e30 than a lot of owners ever seen in person.
And it's my rusty DD. My Rusty DD has better maintenence on it than a lot of owners on here do to their cars. It's worth far more in its parts than whole. But unlike a lot of cali owners who part out perfect examples, I won't part mine yet.

It drives too good and its rust isn't affecting that yet.

I need a rust free car... Bad.... I have even more rare and expensive shit that could go on a clean car.

Daily-ing an e30 is silly when you have an e90! I love the way my e30 drives but I soon hate it when I drive it for too long and wish I had a modern car. The e90 is depreciating any just drive it and mod the hell out of the e30.

You think so? I work in a pretty stressful field (What job isn't) and the e30 makes me love the commute. It makes me feel one with the road and it's my own personal time, just driving. The E90 is a good drive but it's so automated, not a bad thing, but a bit different.
