A couple weeks ago a guy I know referred to my car as "the German ricer" when he saw it sitting in my driveway. After I explained to him that my "ricer" kind of did a bit of motorsports, I asked him how many track days he had on his Audi S4 (zero).
whatever. Stickers are rice, so guess I'm guilty...
funfgan's car isn't rice, its powered by american muscle, its fuhraze to be exact. granted it looks like a mess, but its a organized mess....usually
Thanks man
It isn't even fuhraze. Like, it honestly has no other purpose other than to be stupid quick and be absolutely retarded. If it looks ricey while doing that, than I'll have to live wid it, that's how it is
"1992 735i. 138,000 miles. Runs great, but dneeds work. Needs rear struts, drivers side back window dont go down and a few other minor things. Got too many cars cant afford to fix this 1. Text Chris at 3198469"
I think this defines "rice". Maybe if he spent less money on those tribal flames, and plastic hood scoop, he could afford new struts..
I'm kinda thinking out here that "riced" is basically just stuff that doesn't add to your performance, and it's just done in poor taste instead of actually making the car better. I know this is going to make a lot of people mad, but "riced" is a term from late 90's early 2000's. "Stanced" is the perfect term to replace "riced" these days. Some of them look cool when they're parked, but it's done in poor taste a lot of the time and it does nothing for the performance of the vehicle. Might as well just get a body kit so the car looks lower but actually has clearance underneath.
I mean really, it's cool to take a picture of your stanced car when it's stuck going into a driveway? Come on. Low is cool, but stanced=riced.
