I can understand the resentment towards this business, and owner, however if you pay with a credit card, you can always do a charge back if you dont receive the goods. Hell, you can even do it if you do receive them!Comment

I work in the charge card business, and unfortunalty this is the way it is. I see these kind of things go on everyday...the fact of the matter is, the associations (Visa, Matercard, AMEX) will almost always side with the customer as they want people to continue using the cards, after all, this is how they make money...Originally posted by AddissimoComment
