So the on Monday Oct 22 I was rear ended in my beloved E30.
Got the police report a week later, called insurance Company.
Adjuster calls me monday. Says for some reason they TOW my car to the Adjusters.... Ok a bit sketchy.

Tow truck shows up wednesday. A guy from IAA. slaps a couple Of Stickers on the windsheild of my car that says " Loss Type:Collision" Havnt even gotton a quote to fix my car yet and its allready Deemed a Loss? Asked him why, says they have an assessors office that takes care of the quotes for repairs.

Two days go by. No phone call from anyone. Get Curious as to why an Insurance Auto auction company towed my car to the Assessor. Go on their website...type in 1990 BMW 325is and find MY CAR.

Find salvaged & wrecked vehicles for sale at IAAI! Explore a variety repairable & used vehicles for projects, rebuilds, or parts. Bid today!

My car with my fucking LICENSE PLATES GONE. My volvbro lip half ripped off (Dgaf but still) . Interior completely cleaned out of my stuff.

I havnt been contacted by USAA yet about a value for my car and theirs allready pictures of it on An insurance auto auction companys website???? With my plates gone and my fucking car cleaned out?!?!?!? Tell me this isn't sketchy?

They kinda did the some thing to my car. I also have usaa it got towed by a company after my accident I went to go pick up my things a few days later and bam it is gone. Usaa did not even know were it was and either did the tow company. I did not release the car either. I wold call your adjuster and if they do not pick up push 0 and talk to some one else and demand WTF is going on and if you do not like that answer talk to the manager.

Call the police now, don't wait. Start raising hell now and get law enforcement involved. Thats what I would do. No reason to wait at all

Also call the state insurance board on monday so you can know your rights.

As stated before, call the police NOW!

When i was laid off from my job at the dealer, the tried to claim $500 of MY tools as theirs. I called the police, made a report and was called by a beat officer he gave me his cell #and and told me to call him if they did not release my stuff on monday. I showed them the report and BAM! they gave me my tools back. Police help will go a long ways to getting back what is rightfully yours.

Call USAA ASAFP, they're usually very good about protecting their own people.

Eye for an eye---try to identify what lot its parked in during the insurance "photoshoot." Hire a private tow company and tow it the heck out of there back to your house.

EDIT: Car looks fine...just take your key and drive YOUR OWN car out of that god-farsaken lot.

That way you can be in control and no more damage/unauthorized sales can happen.
