A 325eS is a sport-model 325e. The differences were all cosmetic, except for a 2:93 limited slip differential, and slightly stiffer springs. The cosmetic differences were a trunk mounted lip spoiler, a front airdam almost identical to that of the 325iS, but without the 2 lower vents for the oil cooler of the 325i. The interior was leather, with a power sunroof, and BMW Premium Sound speakers and tape deck. I'm also pretty sure that it was only offered in a 5 speed manual, but I could be wrong.

Brew, the eS didn't come with basketweaves, they still had bottlecaps. Only the 325iS came with weaves.

Nope. I'm pretty sure that the only eta that existed in 1988 was the super-eta, tagged simply 325. It was a late-model body with aluminum bumpers, as was every E30 that year. I could be wrong, but I don't think the standard 325e was even produced past 1987. The only sport model car in 1988 was the 325iS.

Yes, I should have searched, but I asked, for those who answered unconditionally, thanks, for those who encouraged me to search respectfully, thanks, for those who cried like little biatches, eat a dick!

Yeah, I have an 88 325 "super eta" with an extra 1k on the tachometer---5k redline. It only has a little more hp than the regular eta, and is still a 2.7 Liter.. I have the aluminum bumpers, but not for long. It has the bigger taillights too, which I love... and i could be mistaken, but i believe they only came out in 4 door. And mine is a 5 speed with an interesting array of options...

                      Jumping Jesus on a pogostick!

Read the thread above - the search tool is your friend.

If you can't learn that, then:

You guys are fucked, and Dave you seem like an idiot. You deserve a cock slap right in the eye.. you probably get them so often though you must enjoy them by now.

If you want want to answer his question, then dont post in the thread. SIMPLE as that. I dont get why people get so worked up when someone asks a simple question. (If your problem is that he is "wasting" bandwidth, then realize how much more YOU are wasting my giving him your fucking dumbass response)

This site is meant to help people out, not to belittle them when they ask a fucking question.

Very well said and the best question I could ask is why you guys get so worked up when a kid or an adult for that matter ask's a stupid question? All of us at one point have been newbies. Imagine these guys just buying there first e30 and not having a lick of information on them. Whos to say that these guys shouldnt ask questions to better there knowledge for these cars? Theres just better shit to get pissed off about.

All he was asking originally is for him to learn to use the search function. The flaming began after he continued to ask simple questions.

This thread is now over. If you would like to know the answers to some of the unanswered questions from this thread please use the search function located on your r3v toolbar.
