          correct!

wheels are 8x17, with 215/40/17 on the front and 235/40/17 on the rear

If brits spent as much time with oral hygene as they do wrenching on cars, they'd be a country worth having in Europe.....

Not that I know of. Perhaps a little touch of hp more due to the shorter trip out the exhausts. Whenever they put an engine in a roadster that was in a Coupe or sedan, it always has a little change in hp due to the re-engineering of the intake and exhausts to make the engine fit. The later (Alpina) Z8's came with a 3.8L M62, I believe. Its so they could mate an auto tranny to it since BMW didnt have one that could take the power of the ///M5 engine. After that they were all auto. SO the rich yuppies who thought shifting was too much bother in a car made to perform and carve could get it and have their status-mobile and drive with one hand on the steering wheel, the other holding their cell phone. Yes, Im bitter. haha.

true. But that was a very limited production-run car. I wouldnt call it the "Z8 engine". :)

Wow, new sexiest swap ever. 400hp in a 2800lb car w/ 6spd must be awsome.

How much did you pay for the engine/total swap?
