e30 grill keychain's?

How's something like this. Aluminium on gloss black acrylic. Smilies cut out for key chain. Will cost slightly more to cut two materials but will result in a better looking and quality keyring, obviously the less detail the cheaper it will be. Would have to get a quote and see if it would be worth my time, but ill let you guys know.

In aluminium or even steel this would bend in half in a second, in acrylic it would snap very easily.

Also the acrylic doesn't have to be black mind you, it could be red/blue/white/whatever, just no clear as you would see the adhesive from behind and it would look terrible..
