ya maybe 2 years old?, I remember these hydrogen powered 7ers being tested with, I think BMW said "dignitaries" in Europe. Back when the power source of the green cars of the next decade was more unclear, guess they decided the i8/i3 platform was the way to go :)
still cool stuff for sure, in fact they even played with a hydrogen powered 7 or 5 as early as the 70's if Im not crazy, much more on the drawing board then.....kinda like the autopilot BMW that took Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear for a ride, whole track..flat out :)

I meant the concept was more well, conceptual....not that there were more projects on the drawing board back in the day
the the autopilot car wasnt from 1970 btw, 2008ish, can't seem to find the video... -
