Quick opinions on this 91 318is please?

Saw this on CL and its local. Ive always wanted a 318is and $900 seems to good to pass up. I talked to him and he said its clean title and has rego through march. He said the only thing needed is paint (pretty obvious)
Only thing that seems bad is the noisy throw-out bearing. im not to concerned about the 230k miles cause i know these go forever. what do you guys think? Anything specific to look out for?

So long as the drive train is good and there is no rot I'd buy it. I bought mine for $1500 needing paint. After blocking and a little love, it was sent to Maaco.
