    2000 bmw with 200k

They want 1500 for it. I told my cousin to pass but she's a girl they are into looks. It comes out to almost 17k miles a year. What should she ask for. Already told her to go over receipts if any. What do you guys think?

    Auto or Manual?
    Any receipts/previous work?
    Any existing conditions?
    I'm assuming e46?

Ask for photos of the "waffle" pan on the right side of the block, and underneath around the oil pan area. Leaks are common at the oil pan and filter gaskets are a pain. Ask about expansion tank work as those are prone to erosion and literally break over time

More details man; could be a steal, or a crooked deal. The price itself sounds really sketch honestly, but if the car isn't owned by a Nigerian prince and looks top notch, it could be worth a shot

it does. it's priced like they know a big repair bill is coming (or here), and would rather someone else pay it.

Then again.. KBB is still around $6k

Could be worth it to buy and fix if she really wants it and the cost won't put it upside down
Ask about title and previous damage too.

Tis true. Knew a chick who wrecked a brand new one and her parents went out and her a new on to replace it. I wanted to punch the parents so bad
