    what is it worth?

There are many of these threads, but I am curious as to what r3v thinks my e30 is worth. Not what you would pay because the majority of the people on here wouldn't pay more than 500 bucks for a mint e30. Many e30s in my area are busted and beat to hell and they have them listed for 4k+..they usually don't ever sell but I don't understand the inflation. Anyway here are the pictures, share your thoughts.

Keep in mind it's 98% original. The 2% is the catback is aftermarket and it came with weaves, which are no where to be found, HOWEVER it has a brand new never mounted weave in the trunk with a minty tire (don't know if I would trust it, no idea how old it is)

Original alpine paint, original black leather heated sport seats that function 100%, Only thing that does not work is central locking.

It is automatic, but I do have a full 5speed swap for it. So give me price differences too.

    Oh and it's a 1990 325is

4,500 assuming no rust. 5,000 if the swap was completed. Atleast in my area.

Where there is a little rust. More is sure to follow on this old of a car. Have you had it up on a lift?

Either way very clean car! I could see 4k easy and more with the right buyer. If you do want to sell it ebay seems to fetch good prices for these cars.

Prices vary depending on where in the USA you are located as well.

I've owned four of these cars from rough to mint and I would say you're sitting on 4k.

looks to be a great example of an e30. I am not in the States, but I was going to say 4k from what I have seen on here. hard to really say without seeing the car in person. pictures can hide alot.

Did I miss the mileage somewhere? Kinda important in a car's value... Looks like the antenna doesn't work either. Sweet car, though, looks to be in great shape.

Sorry, 244k if I remember right. Runs perfect, pulls hard, starts right up with no funky noises.

5-7k if the swap is done.

                      4-6 without it.

Detail it and you could make some money there.

My opinion is it grossly depends on the area in which being sold. E30s here sell for aloyt less than ones up north or in Cali....

Depending on condition e30s sell for more here, around here 95% of e30s are rusted to hell or have body damage. Where as in Cali, the majority of e30s are rust free, can't say anything about the bodies though.

I paid $3100 for this e30. Buddy wanted 4k but I needed a car (and either wanted another e30 or an older turbo diesel chevy pickup) and he lowered the price for me, so e30 it was.

If someone offered my 7k, I would take it in a heartbeat. I want to modify it, and I can't bring myself to modify this car the way I want because it's so clean. with my past e30s I rolled and pulled the fenders and dropped them, I couldn't bring myself to roll the fenders on this car. I don't even want to put coilovers on it because I don't want anything getting scraped. I'd sell it, to get another e30 that isn't stupid stupid clean.

Even the hood on this goddamn car is 100% aligned correctly.

With 244k I would say 4k. I personally wouldn't pay more then that.
