    E46 Help, BSD faults

Hey guys I know theres some BMW techs here and maybe you guys can help me out.

I need some help on a 05 330ci ZHP. Ive been pulling my hair for a while on this one

    Getting fault codes:
    281C Bit Serial Data Signal
281D Bit Serial Data Generator Signal.

Changed 3 diffrent alternators 2 Bosch Reman and 1 Bosch New.
    New starter.
    New DME.
Checked wiring from Alt to DME, OK.
    Grounds are good and clean.
Power wire from Batt all the way to starter/Alt Ok.

The vehicle charges under 12.5V with connector X6524 plugged into Alternator. If i unplug that connector it takes about 2min and then the Alternator starts charging 14V. Charging is the same Voltage at Battery, Boost point under hood, and directly at the alternator.

Also when i have my autologic connected and am in the DME, If i start the engine i get disconnected from the DME and cannot re-connect untill the engine is turned off. It does not do this with any other control unit. I can access everything with the Engine running except for the DME. This is why i have a feeling the problem is somewhere else within the vehicle electrical system.

Car came in as a No start which was the Fuel pump so that was changed along with a new fuel filter. Once running we found it was miss firing badly, checked the coils and they are all burned from arching. Installed new coils and the car runs good now except for the vanos needing a rebuild which will happen as soon as the kit arrives. Other then what i have mentioned the car starts fine runs good, I'm running out of patients with this stupid BSD fault and need some other ideas, Help me out here guys Please.

I'm 90% sure it is your oil sensor in the oil pan. Had that problem on an e39 years ago. Take a look at the wiring diagram, If it is what I think they are all on the same circuit.

Yea i saw that during my searching and tried it as well but it made no difference. Also i have had quite a few cars that have the oil level light on due to bad sensor and they do not have this problem.
