M3 in Southwest Ohio

Found this at Paradise Motors in Bethel, OH a few days ago (shop was closed at the time).
License plate was "I WINN", the interior seemed to be in good condition but was full of parts, brake rotors were extremely rusty so I assume it's been sitting awhile. Anyone know anything about it?
