I think that car has been auctioned off before, maybe it didint meet reserve. Neat how it still has the paper ring stating to only use unleaded gas in the gas flap. I still have my original one and its in better condition than that one :).

That's pretty cool, but Greg (M-Technik-3) just got a bare E30 chassis/body, never assembled, no VIN, nothing. Bare bones, and untouched.

Not the first. A guy on e30-talk got an M3 shell that had spent its entire life on a long pallet. He is basically building his own M3 from scratch.
