What do you guys think of this E30 I found on Craiglist?

Hey guys, currently I drive a 1967 International Harvester Scout 800 (quite the mouthful) and I am looking to get an E30's BMW. I have settled on either a 318is or 325is. While looking around on Craigslist today I came across this 1988 325is that has been modified mainly for Auto-X use.

To me, it seems like this is very overpriced seeing it has body damage, no A/C, and the paint is faded in a lot of places, but I don't know very much about prices for E30s. So, what do you guys think about it?

If you want a showcar, this car is not for you.
The reason this guy is asking $5999 is because of all the mods the car has.
You can find a completely stock e30 with no mods, but just a super clean look for the same price, if not lower. The car you're showing us, is a track car.
